Liberty Hill Utility Leak Adjustment Policy
The City of Liberty Hill allows customers to request utility bill adjustments for water leaks if they submit a repair receipt and account details within 60 days of the repair. Eligible accounts may receive up to $100 per billing cycle for a maximum of two consecutive cycles.

The form also requires the property address, the range of high bill dates and the repair date and description. [1]
The city lists disqualifying circumstances during the high-water-volume period: missing repair documentation, filling a swimming pool, establishing new landscape, or receiving a leak adjustment in the previous 12 months. [1]
Forms can be returned by email, by mail to P.O. Box 1920, via the City Hall parking-lot drop box, or in person at City Hall, 926 Loop 332, during weekday business hours. [1]
