Liberty Hill Maintains Phase 1 Water Restrictions

Liberty Hill is currently operating under Phase 1 (Base Conditions) of its Water Conservation Plan, effective January 21, 2025. This phase restricts automatic irrigation to one designated day per week for two hours during off-peak times.

Residential and commercial automatic irrigation is limited to one designated day per week for a maximum of two hours between 7:00 p.m. and 10:00 a.m. [1]
