A Grewal RE Group Liberty Hill page reviewed Aug. 9, 2026 lists a typical price range of $350,000 to $900,000-plus and gives July 31, 2026 as the end of its data period.

Trustees approved the 2026-27 attendance zones on Feb. 16.

February reporting said Lariat Trails Elementary in North Liberty Hill's Lariat neighborhood was slated to open in August; students from Sundance Estates, Northgate Ranch, Lariat and near CR 214 and CR 200, including Clearwater Ranch and Sundance Ranch, would attend.

The Liberty Hill Police Department's Support Services Division is led by Interim Police Chief Jeff Ringstaff and covers administrative services, reserves, community services, criminal investigations, property, logistics and fleet management. Its community programs include National Night Out, Blue Santa and Stuff A Cruiser.

The Reserve Unit consists of volunteer officers.

Reserve officers fill in on uniformed patrol when full-time officers take sick, vacation or military leave.

The guidelines state proclamations are not issued to non-residents or for non-Liberty Hill events unless the Mayor approves in advance.

Liberty Hill ISD eighth graders are taking a new General Employability Skills course in 2026-27, replacing the former Leadership class. The course earns one high school CTE credit and covers workplace skills, career exploration, interviewing and professionalism.
